Q:  What is the best way to calculate an accurate cost for my Quail Country Plantation event?
A:  Visit our Events page for all of our services, decide what you are interested in and email us that information. We will follow up with a consultation call to discuss your desires in detail, build a quote and email it to you.

Q: Can I reserve a date with a deposit?
A:  Yes, $750.00 during quail season and $500 during off-season payable by check or credit card.

Q:  Can I make monthly payments?
A:  Yes, for $10 monthly processing fee. QCP will calculate the monthly amount.

Q:  When does the balance have to be paid in full?
A:  30 days prior to the event

Q:  When are check-in and checkout times?
A:  10:00 AM and 3:00 PM

Q. Can we come early to decorate?
A:  Yes, if the facility is available.

Q: Can we hire our own caterer?
A:  Yes, for a $500.00 outside catering fee.

Q:  Does QCP rent tables, linens, chairs, etc.?
A:  Yes, please call or email to discuss quantities to calculate cost.

Q:  Can I bring a pet?
A:  Yes, for a $25.00 fee per pet. This is a fee, not a deposit-damages extra.

Q:  Does QCP offer tours?
A:  Yes, at no charge. Be sure to include the tour in your initial inquiry so we can discuss and schedule it.
